The African diary #4: Zanzibar - the country and its people

A couple of friends of mine texted me yesterday that they can't believe I'm again on holiday in Zanzibar! I was a bit confused because actually I'm in snowy Hamburg. The reason why they thought so, is that they received my holiday post card just yesterday! The post card traveled almost 6 month from Zanzibar to Germany. I wonder where it has been and which stories the post card could tell (if it could speak of course). 

I took this as a reason to post some more impressions from Zanzibar and their great people! It is really a fascinating country and I always like to think back on my holiday! If you always get the chance to go there, do it!
